Jennifer Westmoreland is a superb real estate agent. My wife and I have purchased and sold 5 houses in Athens over the years and 2 second homes out of town. We have worked with multiple agents all of which were competent but Jennifer has exceeded all expectations. She helped us find the perfect home over a several month process. Additionally she assisted us in finding painters, plumbers, carpenters and electricians and we were able to get all work done in 2 weeks which from my experience would normally have taken 2-3 months to finish. She is wise, patient and a joy to work with. She is operating at the highest level in her profession!

She is the most the most competent and thorough agent I HAVE EVER KNOWN.The first house she sold for us in less than a week above the listed price.The second house sold in less than 48 hours for listed price. She also handle the purchase of this house. She does everything but sign and deposit the check. Great lady!
