CredAbility Consumer Distress Index is a nonprofit credit counseling service that recently did a study on the housing market and on how people feel about the economy. Their findings explained that thanks to a better housing market Americans are able to feel better about their personal financial situation and the economy than they have in four years!
Consumers have refinanced their home loans allowing them to save more money and be better at making their mortgage payments! In the second quarter overall, American home owners have managed their money better and been able to save more largely due to the positive changes in the housing market.
