In honor of President’s Day, here’s some real estate associated with one of the most popular former presidents, Abraham Lincoln.
He famously grew up in a log cabin, the original was torn down in 1870 but a replica replaced it in 1930.
Abraham and his wife, Mary Todd Lincoln, moved into a quaint home in downtown Springfield, Illinois, and later expanded upon the original property.
For a couple weeks prior to their big move to the White House, they lived in the Willard Hotel!
